Tail Waggers 1990 is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that offers affordable, preventative pet care to all pet owners, regardless of income level! Dogs, cats, puppies & kittens are who we focus on and have been providing services to for over 35 years! The Tail Waggers name and concept of “Helping People Help Animals” has assisted THOUSANDS of animals in the Livonia Wellness Center is now in Romeo, Michigan!
We understand there are challenges that all pet owners face every day, and we are here to help! Our affordable, preventative pet care, can ensure that pet owners will be able to keep their pets vaccinated and on preventatives – without feeling a financial strain. If pet owners are facing unemployment or some other stressful situations that might have them thinking of re-homing their animals, we can provide temporary pet food assistance with our Pantry 4 Paws. Our goal is to KEEP animals in their home and NOT in a shelter!

Pantry 4 Paws Pet Food Assistance Program?
It is the original program that began the “Helping People Help Animals” concept and continues today feeding hundreds of animals each month! With a simple application, pet owners can receive FREE PET FOOD for their animals as a temporary “fix” until challenges become more manageable. When animals become part of the Pantry 4 Paws program, we work with pet owners to stay committed to their vaccines, testing and preventatives to lead a healthy lifestyle!
Wellness Center
Our Wellness Center offers affordable Preventative Pet Care to EVERY pet owner in ANY community, REGARDLESS of their income level! When you walk thru our doors, you will NOT be paying for an office visit, exam or medical waste fee! You will NOT be pressured for unnecessary services or vaccines, and you will NOT get confusing information – we talk so you understand! We are here “Helping People Help Animals” so that ALL animals can be given the best treatment to stay healthy! We are as compassionate as you are about your animals. We WANT you to feel like family and openly ask questions, state concerns and become as confident as we are that your animals are in the best hands!
